Park Ridge Apartments is looking for a full-time person whose primary job would be to clean vacant units and maintain the cleanliness of our hallways. This person should have great attention to detail, and a strong work ethic that meets the standards we strive for here at Park Ridge. This person should be able to lift/carry cleaning equipment to all areas of our buildings including the stairwells, as well as be able to slide appliances out to clean behind them. You must be able to safely use a step ladder to clean ceiling fans and on top of cabinets. Other responsibilities include painting and paint touch up, litter and weed control, ice control and other groundskeeping tasks to even trimming bushes. Other job duties may apply. The pay range is $16-$20 depending on experience.
