Job Summary: Provide Journey Level Systems Engineer tasking to support test set development efforts within the Advanced Radars portfolio. Position Description: * Provide mission/capability analysis engineering for a specific system or type of system.
* Gap analysis to determine the ability to execute a specified course of action. * Understands systems operation and operational implementation
Required Qualifications and Skills: * Five years of relevant experience
* Strong understanding of the SETR process
* CAMEO knowledge is desired
* Ability to quickly learn CAMEO is required
* On-base attendance is required 3 days per week
* Must demonstrate a strong understanding of the Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR)
* Process, the purpose of required documentation, and procedures to assist a team in navigating through milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.)
* Must demonstrate an understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes and, at minimum, demonstrate a basic understanding of CAMEO Systems Modeler software
* Must be willing to expand their MBSE and CAMEO knowledge through both on-the-job workloads and participating in training opportunities
* Must follow division Systems Engineering Processes and work with their IPT to ensure test set efforts are in compliance with these processes Desired Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
