- Run batches as scheduled.
- Assist in troubleshooting with other operators as needed.
- Watch over equipment as other operators break for lunch.
- Conduct routine checks relating to housekeeping and quality throughout the shift.
- Loading blend towers with raw materials.
- Positive Attitude / Ability to work with others.
- Ability to work outside for short periods in all seasons.
- Make suggestions to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality.
- Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of department or crew.
- Work on new equipment and production floor design as needed.
- Participate in intra-company, cross functional improvement teams.
- Good attendance record
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts
