**ACTIVE CUSTOMS AND BORDER PATROL OR TIER 4 CLEARANCE REQUIRED**
We are seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) data entry specialists to verify and log demographic information pertaining to non-US citizens into DHS/CBP systems. The applicant shall perform the following tasks:
· Review case files for non-US citizens released from DHS/CBP custody.
· Contact the non-US citizen(s) (via phone or email) and communicate in fluent Spanish or English to verify current demographic information using various verification tools.
· Draft and maintain administrative paperwork (eg charging documents/notice to appear) and reports related to deportation documentation.
· Perform general data entry in DHS/CBP systems e3, EAGLE, and EARM.
· Provide overall Spanish translation services to CBP/USBP Agents/Officers pertaining to the backlog of non-U.S. citizens case files and review of demographic information.
