Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Support the nursing staff with clinical duties and the monitoring of patient conditions
- Take and record vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Engage with patients, providing emotional support and companionship
- Document care provided and communicate patient needs to the nursing team
Qualifications:
- **Current Alabama Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification**
- Proven experience as a CNA, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of patient care and nursing best practices
- Empathetic and caring disposition with a dedication to patient well-being
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $14.00-$22.00/hr based on experience
- Shift Differential:
- $1.00 Evening/Night (included in pay range)
- $1.00 Weekend Day (included in pay range)
- $3.00 Weekend Evening/Night (included in pay range)
