DEC Fire & Water Restoration is hiring a Construction Team Coordinator. Any type of previous customer service work or medical billing would be looked at favorably, but definitely not required.

This is an in-office role, so the majority of your day will be communicating between our construction project managers, construction superintendents, the homeowner (our client) and their insurance adjuster. Submitting estimates and photos to their insurance company for approval, updating our CRM software and consistently keeping the homeowner up to date on the status of their claim will become a daily occurrence. We try to always update our clients with the status of their job.

Being a Team Coordinator means being a team leader with 3-5 different types of personalities on your team.

DEC is a family-owned business based in Birmingham, AL with branch offices in the Huntsville and Montgomery areas.

This position will have bonuses in place for each completed and collected job.
