RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and set appointments.
- Use a courteous and professional demeanor, both on the phone and in person, to ensure that clients will know their issues are being handled by a talented, competent and concerned business professional.
- Must have CA Property and Casualty License
- Proficient in using phone systems, computer systems and office equipment.
- Strong clerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Computer literacy/ comfortable in a paperless office.
- Ability to explain with high level of confidence, premium increases.
- Able to multi-task in a face paced environment.
