• You'll design, implement, and fulfill demand to provide necessary products to meet customer needs.
• You'll oversee all production-related activities including manufacturing, assembly, scheduling, drafting and planning.
• You'll provide leadership to each functional area of manufacturing.
• You'll provide constructive and timely evaluations.
• You'll actively participate on the Leadership Team.
• You'll provide vision in regards to long-term solutions to meet capacity requirements.
• You'll create, and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• You'll work closely with CFO in developing accurate product-costing and the collection of cost data.
• You'll provide and manage Manufacturing budget, and participate in development of company budget to support business plan.
• You'll be a sounding board for the President & CEO.
• You'll set production goals.
• You'll be responsible for quality of product.
• You'll be responsible for facility management.

What you need to bring to the table

• a bachelor's degree in Business or a related subject, or the equivalent experience in executive management.

It would be nice if you had

• an advanced degree.

Status: Full time Regular.

Compensation: $80,000- $100,000 salary with comprehensive benefits package - health insurance coverage - medical/dental/vision, FSA, HSA, EAP, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, holiday pay, bereavement leave, basic life/AD&D, childcare tuition reimbursement.
