Description
Position Summary: Provides the delivery of patient care through the framework of the nursing process ( assessment , diagnosis and patient outcome ) in the preoperative , intraoperative and postoperative phase of the surgical patient at our ambulatory surgical center location. Handles multiple demands and tasks simultaneously, demonstrating clinical problem solving skills.
Experience
- Required: minimum 2 years experience in hospital setting
- Preferred:
- Required: Graduate of accredited diploma, associate degree or baccalaureate degree nursing program.
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in nursing
License and Credentials
- Required: NJ State Nursing License; BLS certification
- Preferred: ACLS Certification
Skills
- Required: Interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical skills and basic computer skills
Populations Served
- Adult: Early Adult (19-45); Middle Adult (46-59); Late Adult (60-79); Late, Late Adult (Over 80)
Work Schedule: Weekdays
