Position Summary: To serve as communication link between clinical dietitians, food production/service and nurses/patients regarding meal service issues; maintain current documentation of patient diet orders, process all therapeutic menus based on diet orders, prepare/distribute facility made tube feedings and/or infant formulas, and assist with patient meal tray service. Provides courteous, considerate and timely customer service within realm of job duties.

Experience: None required.

Education: High School or G.E.D preferred.

License and Credentials: None required.

Required Skills: Able to read, write and speak the English language. Performs duties independently, following established procedures, with periodic guidance and direction regarding menu processing and diet orders from Clinical Nutrition Manager (CNM) (or Registered Clinical Dietitian in absence of CNM) and/or Department Head.
