Job Summary: STEP Program Behavioral Specialist/Teacher Assistant

Job Description

The Dearborn Academy STEP Program is a short-term alternative educational program affiliated with Dearborn Academy. STEP is designed to provide stabilization and intensive academic, behavioral, and therapeutic assessment and intervention to elementary, middle, and high school students who have been excluded from their educational placement.
