The Groundskeeper is responsible for landscaping or maintaining the grounds of the property using hand or power tools or equipment
Job Responsibilities:
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working conditions of cleaning equipment
- Work typically consists of a variety of tasks examples include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation, sweeping of parking lots and sidewalks.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Required
- 1 year of experience
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Job Details:
- Schedule: M-F 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Starting at $14/hr. (based on experience) benefits.
- Full benefits – healthcare, dental, vision, 401k program.
- Temp-to-Hire opportunity.
