Our commitment to excellence transcends geographical boundaries as we serve clients not only throughout the Southeast region but also nationally and internationally. Currently, we are seeking a talented Assurance Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assign audit sections to staff and co-ops
  • Perform administrative requirements of engagement
  • Complete the entire audit engagement including work papers and financial statement draft
  • Participate in all phases of a financial statement audit and audit of internal controls
  • Listen and communicate clearly with clients about engagement expectations, as well as inform them about accounting, financial, and regulatory developments that may affect their organization
  • Research accounting & auditing matters and document conclusions
  • Work accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision, while still meeting budgets and deadlines
  • Handle, manipulate, and analyze data and information responsibly
  • Distribute tasks fairly among team members based on their individual competencies and workload
  • Ability to identify problems early in the engagement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Aware of the status of staff work prior to attending planning

What We Need

  • CPA or CPA candidate
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
