Requirements:
MINIMUM 5 YEARS proven residential maintenance experience
General handyman/handywoman skills
Must have and maintain your own tools necessary to complete work orders
Proficiency with hand tools/power tools and proper way to use them safely
Ability to understand and execute work orders in a timely manner
Good smartphone skills
Must have and maintain a reliable work Truck or Van with proof of insurance
Must be able to lift weight up to 50 lbs
Must be physically able to stand for eight hours per day; as well as bend, kneel, hunch, reach for long periods of time
Have attention to detail and organization skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and write English
Have and maintain a clean valid driver's license with no DUI'S
Hourly Pay: $19.00 to $23.00 depending on experience and proven skill set
Additional Pay: $0.55 per work mile driven
Full-time position; 2 weeks paid vacation first year; Paid Holidays; Company match 401k
Currently, we do not offer medical benefits
