DEALERS CHOICE is Hiring a Light Service Driver Near Naples, FL
We are hiring individuals to join our team as a AAA Emergency Roadside Service Technician. Our service techs represent AAA, the largest and most highly regarded Auto Club in the country. As the "first responders" for AAA, we troubleshoot and perform light service repairs while providing a safe experience for stranded AAA Members in the Collier and Lee County area. Our services include tire changes, lockouts, fuel deliveries, battery jump starts and battery sales. Battery sales, battery testing, and on site battery installation is a significant part of the services we offer. A general knowledge and/or experience in in the field of auto mechanics, sales, and customer service are skills needed to be successful with our company. ASE Certifications and CDL Licenses are NOT required.
* We run emergency roadside calls 24/7 for AAA.
* Average shift runs 10-12 hrs. Techs work week averages /- 50 hrs
* Techs are NOT "on call" during non-scheduled hours.
* Techs drive company service vans during work hours.
* All techs are employees and receive a W2. We do not hire subcontractors or accept 1099 services.
* Applicants must be able to pass a background check and random drug testing.
* Our office is in Naples. Applicants should live within reasonable driving distance of the office.
* This is a roadside service position. We provide service for AAA motorists in all types of weather conditions. Applicants should have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and be able to work well on their own.
* Skills we look for may come from varying backgrounds: lube tech; tune up specialist; small engine repairs; maintenance; or have other experience in similar service related mechanical and sales fields.
