Deaf Services Unlimited (DSU) is a dynamic and innovative language services provider committed to driving growth and excellence. With a focus on sign language interpreting and captioning, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Position Overview:

As we continue to expand, DSU is excited to introduce a new Client Success Coordinator to our rockstar Client Success Team. This pivotal position is responsible for managing and coordinating all incoming requests for specialized services across an assigned queue and list of accounts. The Client Success Coordinator plays a vital role in creating an exceptional customer and service provider experience by efficiently handling a large influx of requests for on-site interpreting, video remote interpreting, and CART/captioning services.

The ideal candidate will be a natural problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, possessing excellent organizational and communication skills. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at juggling multiple projects and tasks while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Requests: Efficiently handle and fulfill a high volume of requests for on-site interpreting, video remote interpreting, and CART/captioning services.
  • Account Coordination: Maintain and nurture relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate interpreter and captioner schedules to meet client needs, ensuring timely and accurate service provision.
  • Problem-solving: Address and resolve any service-related issues or challenges, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and other web-based database programs to track, monitor, and report on service requests and client interactions.
  • Collaboration: Foster cross-departmental, multi-functional collaborations to streamline operations and enhance service quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the enhancement of service delivery standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1 years of relevant experience OR a combination of some post-secondary education plus 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in scheduling or account management is essential.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and web-based database programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across various departments.
