We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong experience in restaurant cleaning 
• Advanced knowledge of janitorial and kitchen cleaning practices
• Extensive knowledge of handling chemicals and using cleaning tools
• Familiarity with department policy, sanitation regulations, and OSHA regulations

Responsibilities include:

• Safely operate appropriate cleaning equipment and utilize proper cleaning chemicals 
• Wash, mop, and polish the floors of assigned restaurant areas
• Dust and wipe all counters, shelves, and tables on a regular basis
• Inspect and unclog all sink drains and remove garbage
• Report shortage of equipment and supplies to supervisor and ensure their requisition
• Understand and follow OSHA regulations and restaurant policies
