Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Product Assembler to join our team at DeadEyeVR. The Product Assembler will play a crucial role in our production process by assembling 3D printed products with precision and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This position is ideal for someone who is well-organized, has experience with lean manufacturing practices, is comfortable with repetitive tasks, and can work effectively with hand tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble 3D printed products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
  • Follow detailed instructions and work orders to ensure the accurate and efficient assembly of products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate the assembly process.
  • Perform quality checks to identify and rectify any defects or imperfections.
  • Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete assembly tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline assembly processes and improve efficiency.
  • Report any issues or inconsistencies in the assembly process to the supervisor.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to assembly procedures.
  • Meet production targets and deadlines to support the company's overall goals.

Qualifications:

  • No experience necessary but previous experience in product assembly or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to maintain focus and precision.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment safely.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions closely.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed.
  • Reliable transportation is required.

A $500 signing bonus will be provided after 2 weeks as well as an additional $500 bonus after 90 days.
