Position Qualifications:

Seeking energetic, motivated, training professional with exceptional communication skills and a strong passion for the health/fitness business. Must be CPR/AED certified and have a nationally recognized (CrossFit, USAW, and / or CSCS is a plus, but not required), current certificate in personal training and/or college degree in exercise science, sports nutrition, physical education, or another related field, etc. Strong work ethic. Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent listening skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to adjust and manage various client profiles. Fitness Coaches are responsible for coaching, training, and delivering a positive client experience.

Required Experience:

• Current Personal Training Certification
• 2 years - Fitness Training or Coaching Experience
• Highly Proficient Communication Skills
• Highly Proficient Customer Service Skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach Group Training (CrossFit) and Semi Private Personal Training sessions.
• Tuesday-Saturday: T-Th 12p-8p Friday 12-7, Sat: 8a-11a
• Weekly team meetings on Thursdays from 12p to 1p.
• Willing to cover and assist classes.
• Willing to dedicate time for annual CEU hours.
• Available and willing to attend coaches trainings and retreats.
• Available and willing to learn the front desk, safety, and cleaning protocols.
• Available and willing to attend at least four group training sessions per month in order to connect with the community and learn from other coaches.
