Key Responsibilities:

-Travel most days and stay in hotels when necessary

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base

- Provide product knowledge and expertise to clients, assisting them in selecting the most suitable flooring options

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products

- Meet or exceed sales targets while demonstrating a commitment to customer service excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the flooring or construction industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and secure deals

- Ability to understand and explain technical product information to customers

- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
