We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to service the needs of our business clients by providing quality tax, accounting, and advisory services.

This position is full-time, permanent placement.

Essential responsibilities include:

1. Tax planning for clients and prepare corporate and partnership tax returns.
2. Perform analysis of all asset, liability, and operating activity for clients; recommend modifications as warranted.
3. Prepare adjusting journal entries; assist clients in maintaining general ledgers; post monthly, quarterly, and yearly accruals.
4. Document and analyze financial transactions and data; reconcile financial discrepancies.
5. Summarize current financial status; prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reporting required by clients.
6. Forecast revenue, analyze profit margins, and make budget/financial recommendations.

Highly qualified candidates will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; current CPA certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of previous tax experience.
• Experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Experience in Ultratax.
• An interest in providing a best-in-class client experience.
