Employment Immigration Paralegal

The De Castroverde Law Group is looking for an Employment Immigration Paralegal to join our team! At De Castroverde Law Group we pride ourselves in treating every client like family and you will play a crucial role in ensuring our team is well equipped to adequately represent our immigration clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with employment-based immigration cases.
• Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications.
• Gather and review client documentation for visa applications.
• Communicate with clients, government agencies, and foreign nationals.
• Maintain case files and update clients on case progress.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Associates/certificate in Paralegal Studies, bachelor’s degree, OR equivalent experience
• 2 years of employment immigration experience
• Experience in PERM, EB2, EB3, H1B, E2 visas, L visas, P visas, TN
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fluent in Spanish or other foreign language a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $29.00 per hour
