DDO Artists Agency is a talent agency seeking a diligent, tech-savvy intern to join our NY On-Camera Commercial and TV/Film department. This role will work fully remotely.With offices in LA, NY & Chicago, DDO is constantly evolving and takes pride in the personalized relationships we form with our diverse roster of clients. Our work environment leans towards casual, but can quickly become fast-paced - great for promoting growth in our interns. You'll be working side-by-side with the department agents & assistant, interacting with clients, and learning about contracts, unions, and relationships between agencies & casting. DDO is a great place to begin or continue your journey into the entertainment industry!

Job Description

DETAILS:

*Looking for someone to start ASAP! This internship is IN PERSON!

o Minimum 3-month commitment.

o Please indicate your availability on your application. (Ideal office hours Monday through Friday: 9:30am-4:30pm or 10am-5pm).

o Unpaid (with possible opportunities for growth as we often hire from within). College Credit Available Upon Request. 

o Can be based anywhere, but must be willing to work NY hours (EST) and have a reliable remote work setup. 

Qualifications

SKILLS REQUIRED: 

 o Tech-Savvy, Attention to Detail, Initiative, Multi-Tasking, Strong Communication and Organizational Skills.

o Proficient with Google Suite, Dropbox.

o Previous experience working with inEntertainment, Casting Networks, Actors Access, and Cast It is a plus!

Additional Information

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

o Reviewing, editing, and uploading audition tapes (this will be the primary responsibility of this role). 

o Managing and meeting deadlines.

o Working with programs such as inEntertainment, Dropbox, Casting Networks, Actors Access, Cast It. 

o Maintaining spreadsheets and calendar (Google Suite). 

o Electronically filing documents (inEntertainment, Google Drive).
