As a Social Media Content Creator and Account Management Assistant, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness for our clients.

You will work closely with our account managers to ensure client satisfaction and assist in managing client accounts and executing several tasks that include research for media campaigns, presentations, campaign ideas and overall general day to day account management. Clients range from small to large and are in different industries that need our services.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

• Develop and create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Design visually appealing graphics, write compelling copy, and produce multimedia content (videos, animations, etc.).
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and innovative.
• Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team Account Management:
• Assist account managers in day-to-day client communications and project coordination.
• Help manage client accounts by tracking deliverables, deadlines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct research and gather insights to support client strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare and present reports on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.

Strategy and Execution:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies tailored to each client’s objectives.
• Implement social media campaigns, monitor their performance, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Analytics and Reporting:
• Use social media analytics tools to track and measure the success of campaigns.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years WORKING AD AGENCY experience
• Proven experience in social media content creation and account management.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
• Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
