We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Asset Protection Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our company's assets, employees, and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveillance, loss prevention, and criminal investigation.
```Duties```
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to detect and prevent theft or suspicious activity
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter potential criminal activity
- Investigate incidents of theft or other security breaches and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed for criminal investigations
- Implement and enforce company policies related to loss prevention and asset protection
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with any security-related concerns or inquiries
- Respond to emergency situations, such as medical incidents or fire alarms, in a calm and efficient manner
- Conduct employee training on topics such as conflict management and security procedures

- Valid certificate in asset protection or related field preferred
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and the operation of CCTV systems
- Strong report writing skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and best practices
- Experience in criminal investigation is a plus
