Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Key Holder Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing profitability.
Duties:
- Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising retail staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail, with a focus on sales and customer service
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Training development experience is a plus
- Bilingual a plus
