dd's DISCOUNTS is looking for Full-Time and Part-time Store Protection Specialist to join our team in the Dallas, TX area.

Seller Position Details:

• We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Seller.

This position requires the ability to work on your feet for an extended period of time, as well as the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Over the phone and in person sales and customer service with customers.
• Delivering products to customers.
• Cleaning, stocking, and organizing product in store.
• Inventory control.
• Maintaining proper product counts and inventory levels at all times.
• Complying with all company policies and procedures.
• Performing opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, organizing, opening and closing store duties based on shift/shift schedule.

Experience:

• Experience working in a retail environment is preferred but not required. We will train the right person with experience to perform some of these duties.

The ideal candidate must be:

• Personable - Provides excellent customer service to both customers and co-workers
• Self-motivated - Works hard and fast when doing work - Never gives up! - Team player positive attitude!
