Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Innates touch chiropractic clinic is looking to hire a CA (chiropractic assistant/Receptionist!!! ASAP
The clinic has been open since January and is located in Mansfield. The practice is growing fast so they need someone who is great with customer service and also a master multitasker with excellent time management skills. Experience in a medical/dental office is preferred as this clinic accepts insurance and that’s part of the job. Pay starts at $16 an hour with opportunity for bonuses! You also get free adjustments which is a huge plus

```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect patient information and update electronic medical records using Epic or similar systems
- Assist chiropractor with patient examinations and treatments as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and treatment rooms
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately

```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a medical office or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of patient service principles and practices

- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
