- Direct Support Professional $22.00 an Hour
- Group Community Supports $23.00 an Hour
The Agency:
- DD & MH Provider of Oregon offers a high level of support, services, and life skills for individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.

- The office is located in Sandy but we serve clients in Multinational & Clackamas County.

EP Qualifications:
- Certified in working with ODDS, OCB and VR Employment Supports
- Pass a criminal, driving, and CPS background check (CRIMS);
- Experience working as with individuals with disabilities;

- Own a smartphone/tablet;
- Self-Motivated;
- Have reliable transportation and proof of insurance;
- Minimum of 100k/300k liability insurance;
- Patient and compassionate;
- Have a basic understanding of remote work Apps/Software

- Problem Solver;
- Have solid life skills in order to teach life skills

We provide Employment Supports, In-Home, and Community Inclusion Supports, Services and Life Skills for people with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities in order to obtain their self-directed goals.
