Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at DCW Casing LLC. The Sales Associate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting DCW Casing's products and services to food manufacturers and processors across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers within the food manufacturing and processing industry.
• Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and visits to prospects to introduce DCW Casing's products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of DCW Casing's products.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote DCW Casing's brand and products.
• Work closely with internal departments, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the company's CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Food Science or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food industry or B2B sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales aptitude with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
