What You’ll Do | Summary/Objective: The User Experience Design Specialist is responsible for championing the experience design strategy of the credit union across web, mobile, and other digital applications. This role will partner with internal clients to define the desired experience for the end user and conduct the research and strategic planning necessary to bring that experience to life in collaboration with UI designers and developers. This individual will also, through observation and quantitative and qualitative analysis, audit existing experience and prototype solutions to user pain points. Overall, this position will help to make our experiences user-friendly, accessible, functional and consistent.
