What You’ll Do | Summary/Objective: The Endpoint Engineering I role is primarily responsible for the planning, ordering, tracking, and deploying of all end-user hardware (workstations and peripherals) as well as the analyzing, planning, and testing of software in a physical and virtual production environment. Additionally, the role is responsible for providing 3rd tier support for all ticket escalations and incidents.
