Growing medical office looking to add a check in -check out Receptionist.

Qualified candidates must be proficient on the phone, able to answer multiple telephone lines, have great communication skills in person and over the phone.
Must be a team player and handle high volume of patients.

Job duties will include but not limited to: Data entry of patient records and history into the database. Collecting and posting payments into patients record. Collecting and verifying patient insurance. Scheduling new and follow up appointments and confirming appointments for the next day Checking patients in and out. Obtaining referrals from primary care doctors.
