DCS is Hiring an Administrative Support Near Sterling, MI

Administrative Support- Administrative Assist to Program Executive Office Ground Combat Systems (PEO-GCS) Project Managers, the Department of the Army (DA), other government agencies and the Prime Contractors along with the sub-contractors in order to provide administrative support and direction. The candidate will provide problem solving skills related to development, production, field problems and sustainment.

Essential Job Functions: 

Analyze and coordinate operation functions related to the assigned product(s) within the organization.

Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel involved in or directly relevant to a logistics activity.

Plan, organize and execute support activities such as conference planning, and analysis.

Assist with scheduling of meetings with various organizations and private contractors.

Arrange travel plans for individuals in domestic and foreign trips

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required and obtain and maintain a secret clearance

High School Diploma and Seven years of experience,

Good problem solving and communications skills.

Ability to work with limited supervision. 

Desired Skills:

Proactive, independent worker; decisive, ability to prioritize.

Creative problem-solver.

Well organized, detail oriented

Scheduling experience

Familiar with DoD acquisition cycle

Currently possess a US Secret Clearance
