DCI Job Requirement for:
FSR Analyst

Location: South Korea (90 Days On/90 Days Off Rotations)

Job Description

Serve as an FSR Analyst

Assist implementation teams to support and strengthen partnerships with current and prospective user bases

Work with analysts to discover use cases, train and mentor users, and troubleshoot technical issues

Help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success

Embed with high-impact units to understand their operational and technical needs

Provide desk-side training to analysts

Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting

Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues

Provide feedback to the engineering team about products

Qualifications:

5 years of experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations

Operations management experience

Prior experience with Gotham required

• Additional experience with Gaia and Foundry is a plus

3 Shop experience

Experience supporting/briefing senior leadership

Strong knowledge of Excel

Military/Special Operations experience is a plus.

Salary: $60,000-$80,000 (Only have to work half of the year)
