DCI Job Requirement for:
Cost Analyst
Location: Hanover, MD
Job Description:
Serve as a Cost Analyst
Perform a variety of studies to:
Provide cost estimating advise to personnel at all organizational levels
Advise on matters pertaining to application of cost analysis methodology
Support the program life cycle cost estimates (LCCE) and program office estimates (POE)
Develop or evaluate cost assessments and cost positions relating to the systems development
Provide cost assessments on demonstration, and production approaches
Assess impact on systems and program costs
Work with SMEs to develop independent Government cost estimates (IGCEs) and POEs
Provide technical guidance and information to meet requirements
Review product teams work for quality and accuracy
Coordinate work efforts with Product teams and APMs
Document the methodology of the cost models and the assumptions behind them
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics
7 years of experience providing cost analysis for multiple large projects
Experience developing cost estimates
Experience using Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools
Experience with program LCCEs and POEs
Experience with IGCEs
Experience providing cost analysis info for meetings and briefings to senior leadership
MS Office proficiency with advanced Excel Required
Active TS/SCI Clearance
