Cloud Security Architect
Location: Dulles, VA (Hybrid-Remote)
Job Description:
Support a large mission critical development and sustainment program with:
Develop security systems for any manual or automated systems environments
Ensure the logging of mission and organizational data against:
Perform troubleshooting and address security problems
For Cyber Security tools in a hybrid environment:
Work with a variety of different tools and appliances
Manage technology roadmaps with each product
Propose briefs and reports to elaborate on recommended actions based on best practices
This is a remote position
Support system accreditation efforts (ATP, ATO)
Qualifications:
BS in Comp. Science, Comp. Eng. / Sys. Eng., or Comp. Information Systems.
8 years of relevant experience
Proficient with AWS and Linux
Understanding and knowledge of:
Hands on experience with AWS and Linux in a production environment
Hands on experience with security such as NGFW, WAF, SIEM, and endpoint security
Experience and/or familiarity with the following network protection devices:
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with one or more of the following:
Understanding of DoDAF and Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)
Active DoD Secret Clearance
