Job Summary
DCCCA has been a respected, licensed, private non-profit Child Placing Agency in the state of Kansas for 20 years. DCCCA has been accredited by the Council on Accreditation since 2007. We believe in every child's right to a stable placement with trained foster parents who are dedicated to his or her emotional and physical well-being, their educational opportunity, and permanency with the birth or adoptive family.
The CPA Specialist provides on-going support services to foster families which includes assisting with children placed within the home. Under supervision of the CPA Supervisor and while working closely with other assigned staff, CPA Specialists will provide intake services and assist with placement recommendations and/or service planning. The CPA Specialist will also assist with recruiting and training foster families while also providing support, professional guidance and crisis assistance.

Travel
