Lead Test Engineer

Key Tasks:

·Review and analyze system specifications.

·Evaluate product code according to specifications.

·Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.

·Create metrics and dashboard to capture testing progress & defects.

·Report bugs and errors to development teams.

·Help troubleshoot issues.

·Participate in agile ceremonies, and implement any improvements coming out of sprint retrospectives.

·Relay testing status and report risks timely to the customer.

·Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

·Testing on a Federal Health IT program

Desired Skills:

·Experience with healthcare claims data and processes

Required Education / Certifications:

·Computer Science degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a related major 8 years of experience

·or

·High School Diploma 20 years of experience with PMP and agile certifications
