Company manufacturers products for small customers to the Fortune 500 in many different industries. We are seeking to hire a full time on-site employee in the position of Controller for our mid-sized manufacturing client. You will be a progressive hands on manager over a staff of 4 accountants in A/R, A/P, Credit, and be responsible for all General Ledger, Financial Statements, reports, and reconciliations. Successful candidate should have 8-10 years of experience as a general accountant, 4-5 years of manufacturing accounting experience, with at least 4-5 years of formal management/supervision over an accounting department as a Controller. A BS in Accounting or Finance is required, and a CPA would be a plus. Be ready to assume more responsibilities as the company grows. You should also have 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing or printing industry, as this would be vital to their growth. Base salary is in the $150-170K range with excellent benefits.
