Do you have a passion for high level soccer and the drive to take on our boys coordinator role for the academy? We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, outgoing, professional individual to join our academy team as an Academy Coordinator and Soccer Coach for players (U8-U14). In this role, you'll lead the boys side of our academy, in charge of running and facilitating a set number of our travel teams and lead weekly training sessions while actively contributing to developing and managing our academy program tailored to local young soccer players.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead engaging soccer sessions and sports activities for children, U10 (7v7) and U11 (9v9)
- Play a key role in crafting and implementing comprehensive programs at an administrative level, directly working with our DOC, technical director, and administrators to ensure smooth running of all programs and team functions
- Collaborate closely with our management and coaching team to ensure program success, on an individual and team level
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment when working with children of varying age groups.
- Embrace a learning mindset, encompassing all facets of the business, including administrative responsibilities, afterschool session requirements as needed.
- Maintain flexibility in your work schedule, including weekday afternoons and weekends. Primarily focusing on afternoon training hours and mandatory weekend matches.

**Qualifications:**

- Deep-seated passion for athletics, with a special emphasis on soccer

-Outgoing personality and strong character, able to talk with parents and be a visual presence on and around the fields for the academy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and an innate affinity for working with children across diverse age ranges.
- Eagerness to adapt and learn within a dynamic environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Flexibility in availability to meet the program's diverse requirements.
