SUMMARY:
The Engineer II, Electrical serves as an Electrical Engineer for the electrical and instrumentation and control phases of design projects. Prepares electrical and instrumentation and control studies and designs for water, sewer and wastewater treatment facilities. Reviews studies, cost estimates and designs prepared by consultants and other contractors to verify completeness, accuracy and compliance with the Authority’s design standards, specifications and other applicable codes and regulations.
Incumbent is expected to carry out assignments independently, with minimal consultation on technical issues and non-routine problems. Methodology is determined by the supervisor.
