Dc Pie Co is opening a location in the heart of Downtown Doral, FL and we are looking for host/hostess to join our opening team. We are located at 8455 Nw 53rd St, Doral, FL. The Host/Hostess greets and informs arriving guests on DC Pie Co food options, hours of operation, organize take-out & delivery orders, and seating information.

Responsibilities

*Welcomes guests in an enthusiastic and friendly manner *Answers the phones and book reservations *Estimating wait time for guests *Maintain constant communication with servers and bussers to ensure efficient seating and restaurant procedures *Operate reservation system *Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of DC Pie Food and events schedules *Responsible for cleanliness of host station; assists with organization and sanitation of restaurant *Monitor guests in accordance with restaurant rules; escalating issues to management as needed *Maintain takeout & delivery area; ensure that food is hot & fresh, organized, well-packaged, and visually appealing *Other duties as assigned
