We are looking for a service technician to join our team and demonstrate the skills necessary of being a successful professional. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has strong problem-solving skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and provides strong customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Garage door installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose common garage door/opener issues.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using tools and equipment required for the job.
• Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a secure working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service while on-site, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be able to take direction and feedback from supervisors.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic.
• Be punctual and reliable.

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 Years prior experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
