Responsibilities
- Compiles payroll data for pay sheets and check processing
- Enters data into Excel spreadsheet and Incentive web programs
- Data analysis of paysheet data and process corrections
- Research payroll inconsistencies
- Meet payroll strict deadlines
- Corresponds via email with our divisional teams
- Maintain UKG, fix applicable missing punches, timecodes
- Prepare and distribute weekly summary reports
- Audit data to ensure the accuracy of payroll records
- Calculate adjustments for prior pay periods
- Cover/Assist in other areas as needed
