Job Overview:
My client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for their growing, shoreline CT company. Their products are sold globally in multiple markets. Looking for a self-starter who wants to grow with the company. You will be the liaison between manufacturing and engineering for Continuous Improvement projects, production issues, and process improvement. You will be reading schematics and prints on a daily basis. There is a lot of autonomy with this role so you will have to be a self-starter who is comfortable prioritizing your time and projects. You will have 1-3 years experience as a technician with some exposure to Lean, and ISO. Experience with electro-mechanical, mechanical and/or electrical equipment is a plus. Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
