JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance of vehicles and equipment under the direction of the Project Manager. Including mechanical build & repairs, and shop safety.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• • Prioritize and work on projects needing immediate attention
  • Perform repairs as directed
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as directed
  • Assist in fabrication of new equipment/new builds as directed
  • Perform maintenance and/or repairs on all miscellaneous equipment.
  • Properly test equipment after repairs
  • Purchase parts as needed to complete repairs in a cost effective manner
  • Reorder parts efficiently for restocking and warranty purposes
  • Use and maintain shop tools in a proper manner (as if they were your own)
  • Keep a clean and safe environment
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• • Experience in Truck and Equipment repair

• Must have Air Brake, Diesel Engine, Electrical System, and Hydraulic experience
• CDL License preferred
• Ability to work overtime
• Ability to maintain a safe environment
• Keep tools in proper working order
• Maintain harmonious environment
• Welding and Fabrication a plus
