The primary duties of the Dispatch Clerk will be providing support to the road rangers, maintenance technicians, as well as other administrative staff. The Dispatch Clerks responsibilities will include handling inbound calls from the Regional Traffic Management Center, clients, and self-discovered incidents from field personnel. This person will also act as the liaison between the project manager, field crews, and clients. A large portion of this role will be dispatching crews to incidents/accidents within project limits.
