On-Call Pay Structure

The successful candidate will receive a $20 per diem for each on-call shift they are scheduled. The per diem is compensated on a monthly basis during the pay period in which the last day of the month falls. When an employee is called in during one of their on-call shifts, they are expected to arrive on the unit within 30 minutes of the call.
