DBG Arkansas, LLC is Hiring a MRO Clerk Near Conway, AR

We are looking for a day shift MRO Clerk to join our team!!! This position will work Monday - Thursday, with additional overtime as necessary.

Our operations in Conway, Arkansas includes metal stamping, forming, painting, and assembly. The facility utilizes stamping presses, brake presses, roll forms, lasers, shears, and a multi-stage paint process. A concept to finished products company providing parts and sub-assemblies to customers. Approximately 100,000 square feet of floor space and 50 acres are utilized for fabrication operations. An additional 350,000 square feet is available for future business growth.

General Qualifications: Recent verifiable industrial maintenance experience or equivalent education.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

The maintenance clerk is responsible for managing maintenance controls, documentation control and spare parts delivery.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage and Maintain control of maintenance documentation

· Track requests with vendors to ensure on time delivery

· Follow up with Maintenance team to ensure all paperwork is completed

· Ensure the supply of material and/or spare parts delivery according to established requirements.

· Maintain updates of the respective inventory indicators.

· Strong Data Entry and Organization Skills.

· Perform duties to job specification in a safe and responsible manner.

· Adhere to Quality procedures

· Maintain work space in a 5S manner.

EDUCATION REQUIRED

Minimum requirement: High School diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· 2 years’ experience in similar position in Manufacturing environment (preferred)

· Advance Microsoft office skills.

· Demonstrated Organizational skills

RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHERS

This position is supervised by the Maintenance Manager and maintains contact with all Maintenance Department Personnel. Must be able to effectively communicate with other departments such as Production, Purchasing and external suppliers. Maintain a satisfactory Customer-Supplier relationship.

COMPLEXITY OF TASKS

· Identifying complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

· Manage large amounts of information, including creating and editing simple databases, inputting data, retrieving specific records, and creating reports to communicate the information.
